The smartest business people in the world- don’t try to do everything, they know their limits and then surround themselves with the best people in the positions to help drive the business growth.
As Elon Musk states, ‘If you're trying to create a company, it's like baking a cake. You have to have all the ingredients in the right proportion.’
You need to ensure you have the right people in the right positions to help build your business- you can’t do it all by yourself.
Either employing staff or outsourcing components of your business to specialists in that field will help you to save time, money and stress.
As a specialist trades accountant, I understand the long hours and the time tradespeople work. I watched it happen with my hubby, before I became an accountant. That’s why I chose to work with trades, so that I can help to remove the pain of keeping their finances in order on a regular basis, and give them back time so they can spend more time with their family and friends.
